The fruit preparation is a combination of fruits, sweeteners, colours, flavours and stabilizers. This combination is pasteurized, cooled and aseptically packed. The process continues with the production of preparations in which different varieties of fruits are thawed, cooked and pasteurized, then, the right ingredients are added to meet the requirements of the client regarding density, fruit content, texture, flavor, etc

AGRANA Fruit Polska is able to freeze all the main Polish fruits such as blueberry, blackcurrant, cherry with and without stone, apple, pear, plum, and some vegetables (paprika, cucumber). Once frozen, the fruits can be manually resorted in order to meet the customer's quality expectations.

AGRANA Juice Poland Sp. z.o.o. is a producer of concentrated juice, natural unclarified juice and frit aromas, apples, cherries, redcurrant, strawberries, and raspberries. The company has its seat in Białobrzegi near Radom, has 3 production plants: in Białobrzegi, Góra Kalwaria and in Lipnik near Sandomierz.

Markus Simak becomes new Public Relations Manager at AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG

On 15 April 2013, Markus Simak (45) took up his new position as Public Relations Manager at AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG. His responsibilities cover press and public relations.
