Fruit Preparations
A fruit preparation is a mixture of fruit, sweeteners, colourings, flavourings and stabilizers. This mixture is pasteurized, cooled and packaged in aseptic conditions.
Our production process includes the stages of fruit thawing, cooking and pasteurization. Later other ingredients are added to make sure that the final product meets any customer requirements as relating to its proper consistency, fruit content, texture, flavour, etc. After cooking our products are packaged and then quarantined until the results of a series of physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation tests can confirm that all products that are to be shipped to the customer fully meet the customer's expectations and our own quality requirements.
AGRANA Fruit demonstrates a high level of expertise as a European producer of fruit preparations. For over 15 years now we have been making organic certified fruit products at our plants in Konstanz, Germany and Gleisdorf, Austria.
Our products are subject to stringent tests carried out by national and international inspection bodies at all stages of the production process starting from the growing stage and including the final stage where the finished product is delivered to the customer's location.
